Hey, everybody.

This is for your Vox ears only. I didn't want to post a PDF file anywhere yet, although I will soon enough (when the whole concerto has been completed).

A special giant THANK YOU to Jeremy for making MANY different mp3 versions of the file I sent him, this one being only the last one in a long line.  You should listen to it wearing headphones (4 harpsichords....).

Hey, G.

I called up Bach in Heaven and played this piece for him. He said, "Es gefällt mir gut!" Then he transcribed it for 8 Harpsichords, just to show you you're still the student.  Cheesy

Great piece, G. I'm looking forward to hearing the next movements.

Thanks, Mark, Simen & Jeremy!

Mark: yes, although there's doubling going on, I had fun figuring out what to do with all of those hands!

Jeremy: glad you liked it. As usual, the (hopefully)live performance is going to be something else... I wonder if they'll make a video of it. I'll make sure I remember to bring my H2 Mic along...

Jeremy: that's funny... Grin 8 harpsichords.... I wonder how would that sound! I know there are things for 4-5----100 + pianos...

Complimenti vivissimi,

Yeah! Don't tell me poor Giorgio has been lurking for weeks on end waiting for another Italian guy to post something :-) You could maybe try to load it into babelfish and get at least the gist of what he said....

Now now, guys... Smiley

I just saw this. He's saying what a genius I am and that women must go crazy about me. What can I say...? Anyway, here's the translation:

congratulations. I can see you are not fooling around with this. It makes me proud of being Italian (theme from "The Godfather" softly played by an accordion in the back)  Embarrassed

I'm posting a new work of mine. It's a tonal fugue for orchestra. You can hear it here (see 1st link); observe its creation + comments by the author (2nd link); and look at the finished score (3rd link).
Sorry about my English. End translation.

I gotta teach now. I'll translate the comments later.
